Job summary

Glidewell Dental is seeking a skilled Web Developer to create and maintain dynamic websites and landing pages across CMS platforms, including WordPress and AEM. You will translate designs into functional pages, optimize for mobile UX, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns to ensure brand consistency.

Required four years in digital marketing with hands-on WordPress/Elementor Pro experience; knowledge of Shopify is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with relevant digital marketing experience.
• Minimum four (4) years of progressive experience in digital marketing across a range of disciplines including websites, email, analytics, Shopify, WordPress, paid media, or APIs.
• Prior experience with WordPress, Elementor Pro or other web development applications is required.
• Experience with AEM or enterprise CMS is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting websites, CMS, browser, and front-end issues.

Responsibilities

• Creates custom websites using HTML/CSS and CMS frameworks including AEM and WordPress.
• Builds, updates, and maintains responsive sites and landing pages with WordPress, Elementor Pro, etc.
• Creates and modifies page layouts, templates, headers/footers, and reusable elements.
• Translates designs and requirements into functional, user-friendly web pages.
• Optimizes websites for mobile responsiveness, performance, accessibility, UX, and SEO.
• Maintains company websites and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
• Collaborates with marketing and cross-functional teams on campaigns and website projects.
• Recommends improvements to structure, templates, functionality, and workflows.
• Develops content and visuals, coordinating with marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Manages e-commerce product information, themes, plugins, and troubleshooting.
• Creates marketing emails using custom HTML or existing templates.
