Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality website and digital interface design.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, page layouts, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for websites and landing pages.
• Design responsive web experiences optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Translate requirements into clear, intuitive web experiences with strong visual design.
• Apply visual design principles including layout, typography, hierarchy and storytelling.
• Produce production-ready design specifications and assets for web developers.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, developers and content strategists throughout the design process.
