What You’ll Actually Do:

• Lead the casting process based on past performance

• Guide the Scouting Manager and review shortlists

• Keep our creator roster clean, curated, and tagged

• Share performance updates with the CEO

• You’re a creator (or ex-creator) who gets what makes content convert

• You’re emotionally intelligent, detail-obsessed, and love curating top talent

• You have strong taste in delivery, tone, and audience fit

• You lead clearly without micromanaging

• You can spot who’s got “it” before they go viral

• You’ve worked with a UGC agency before or similar

• You’ve managed creative teams or sourcing pipelines
