ONE ALLIANCE INSURANCE MANAGERS INC. is seeking a Digital Content & Web Specialist in Orlando to support marketing and sales web needs. You will manage content across company websites, ensuring accessibility, mobile-responsiveness, and user-friendly experiences.

Collaboration with Systems, vendors, and marketing will be essential to deliver high-quality digital content. You will oversee content updates, testing, and QA across CMS platforms, while translating business needs into technical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
At least four years of professional website administration or digital content management experience.
Experience with live CMS environments across multiple websites.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, accessibility, and QA.
Ability to explain technical details to nontechnical colleagues and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage content across company websites, microsites, and landing pages.
Organize navigation, templates, images, and calls to action for consistent UX.
Apply ADA accessibility practices and WCAG guidelines.
Maintain Company Store content and product listings updates.
Support Marketing/Sales apps and troubleshoot CMS-related issues.
Translate needs into clear requirements for internal developers and external vendors.
Maintain publishing schedules, inventories, and QA processes.
Perform other duties as required.
