Job summary

The Milken Institute is seeking a highly organized Senior Associate, Web Content to join the Digital team within Marketing and Communications. The role focuses on day-to-day production, publishing, QA, and site upkeep for MilkenInstitute.org and microsites, with opportunities to grow into larger projects.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in web production, strong HTML/CSS skills, and experience with Jira and content strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, digital media, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant web production or digital publishing experience.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and ability to write/edit web content.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, publish, and schedule content across MilkenInstitute.org.
• Troubleshoot CMS and content issues with technical partners.
• Manage requests in Jira and maintain realistic timelines.
• Ensure quality through editorial, visual, and accessibility QA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on web projects.
