We’re seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Specialist with Drupal, WordPress, and data visualization skills to join a well-established and world-renowned Association. This role will be fully remote and part-time (20 hours per week). As a Web Content Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating digital experiences, collecting data through various platforms, conducting user acceptance testing, and supporting content development and updates. You will need to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

This position is fully remote, but applicants must currently reside in MD, VA, DC, MA, OH, MO, TN, IN, TX, FL, NC, AL, GA, or OK. Residents of other states are not eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and report platform data.
• Perform web research and analyze external sites to gather data.
• Update and maintain operations and procedure manuals.
• Participate in web developer meetings and document project statuses.
• Collaborate on projects to enhance user engagement on ACS digital platforms.
• Conduct user acceptance testing on new tasks and issues resolved by web developers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years managing web projects and digital content.
• Experience with Excel, Adobe Analytics, Jira.
• Proficiency in writing, editing, and developing digital content.
• Knowledge of content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.
• Experience in data collection, visualization, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills, capable of meeting multiple deadlines.
