Job summary

ZERO TO THREE is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to own our websites, manage page builds and updates, and support the Editorial Manager.

You will apply SEO, UX, and accessibility best practices, produce content for web, email, and social, and lead newsletters using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in web operations, WordPress proficiency, strong writing across formats, and solid project management in a fast-paced nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in website management, digital content, or communications with a focus on web operations.
• Proven track record managing website builds and content updates; WordPress CMS proficiency required
• Strong writing across formats including web copy, social copy, short-form editorial, and newsletter content
• Working knowledge of UX and SEO principles and applying best practices to web content
• Ability to produce basic on-brand graphics and digital assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail, deadlines, and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Own ZERO TO THREE websites: page builds, updates, homepage features, and site maintenance in coordination with Editorial Manager and program teams.
• Apply SEO and AEO best practices to drive search visibility and organic growth.
• Optimize content layouts using UX and accessibility best practices for engaging experiences.
• Produce and publish digital content across web, email, and social platforms to support campaigns.
• Lead production of internal and external newsletters, coordinating content and delivery on schedule.
