ZERO TO THREE seeks a Digital Content Specialist to maintain our digital presence across websites, email, and social channels. You will manage page builds, updates, and ongoing site maintenance to keep content accurate and accessible.

Reporting to the Editorial Manager, you will drive SEO/AEO initiatives, support content production, and collaborate with design teams using Canva and Adobe tools in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in website management, digital content, or communications with a strong focus on web operations.
• WordPress CMS proficiency required.
• Strong writing skills across formats including web copy, social copy, short-form editorial, and newsletter content.
• Working knowledge of UX and SEO principles and experience applying best practices to web content.
• Ability to produce basic on-brand graphics and digital assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and consistent follow-through.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and an interest in emerging digital communications trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities shift.
• Comfortability learning new software and digital tools quickly.
• Team player with superb communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Own ZERO TO THREE websites: page builds, content updates, homepage features, and ongoing site maintenance in coordination with the Editorial Manager and program teams.
• Apply SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices to every web build and content update, optimizing pages, metadata, and content structure to drive search visibility, organic growth, and citation in AI-generated responses.
• Optimize website content and page layouts using UX and web accessibility best practices to create intuitive and engaging website experiences.
• Produce and publish digital content across web, email, and social platforms to support organizational priorities and campaigns.
• Assist with social media asset creation, including graphics, carousels, and short-form content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or in-platform editing tools.
• Lead production of internal and external newsletters, including coordinating content, writing, and delivering on schedule for deployment.
• Coordinate with web development vendors to troubleshoot technical issues, prioritize enhancements, and ensure timely resolution of site maintenance needs.
• Manage incoming digital content requests and maintain project status through Asana, ensuring work moves efficiently from intake through launch.
• Stay current on digital trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content marketing and audience engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the department.
