Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in English, journalism, technical writing, communications.
• 3+ years agency creative team experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Keynote, CRM.
• Excellent command of English; strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
• Ability to write for diverse audiences and align with brand messaging.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop multi-media campaigns.
• Provide copy for digital and traditional collateral; assist in brochures, ads, and other materials.
• Follow AP style and ensure SEO-friendly content where applicable.
• Present ideas to leadership and adapt concepts based on feedback.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and production teams throughout campaigns.
• Create website, email, banner, and landing page copy that aligns with client goals.
