Job summary

The Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Resources, part of the Tourism, Arts, & Heritage Cabinet, is seeking a web content manager to oversee the agency site, ensuring ADA compliance, visual appeal, and up-to-date information.

The role involves working with communications and IT teams, applying analytics to improve messaging, and developing written material, photos and graphics to engage the public in outdoor activities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Two years of systems analysis, business administration, or public administration experience.
A master's degree can substitute for one year of experience.
Additional experience can substitute for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

Update web pages with accurate, timely information.
Develop sustainable web content processes with improved design and ADA compliance.
Research latest technology and CMS tools for web content management.
Coordinate with agency staff to share news and programs.
Support agency communications as needed.
Collaborate with IT to innovate the website with a mobile-first mindset.
