Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and related experience in office/website content management.

Aufgaben

• Edit, maintain and publish content for directorate’s visa-related sections of CA internet site and intranet site (CAWeb).
• Provide technical editing ( proofreading, grammar, punctuation) to website content.
• Liaise with IT and external web developers to resolve issues and conduct work.
• Track and report on all site metrics.
• Monitor user feedback to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct periodic reviews of Embassy/Consulate sites to ensure compliance with content guidelines.
• Coordinate with VO, bureaus, and agencies on visa-related website information and policies.
• Consolidate information and obtain clearance/approval for content changes; update content via CMS.
• Assist on web policy matters and interpret policy in work products.
• Utilize CCD and other consular systems.
• Evaluate processes and suggest improvements and assist with implementation.
