Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, driving housekeeping standards, and coordinating maintenance activities to prevent downtime. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success on 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Experience in weaving and slit-film or other manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Stand on concrete floor for long periods.
• Must be able to work on a 12-hour shift, day or night.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the production area to meet or exceed goals.
• Safeguard the well-being of the department and team members.
• Ensure a safe, clean work area and good housekeeping; maintain equipment.
• Oversee Beaming and Burnoff activities during nights and weekends, addressing issues as needed.
• Adjust production planning and scheduling when beneficial to reach facility goals.
• Lead the team in daily maintenance activities and provide training and motivation.
