Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations and shift to meet safety, quality, production and cost KPIs.
• Maintain documentation on employee performance and accountability.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety rules.
• Provide direction to team on duties and goals and report progress.
• Complete paperwork and status reporting accurately and on time.
• Lead shift meetings and ensure clear daily communications.
• Perform tasks assigned by Production Manager to support operations.
