Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and work instructions.

• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates looms per specifications.
• Follows procedures to install lease rods as necessary.
• Completes documentation requirements.
• Manufactures fabrics and woven products according to requirements.
• Identifies and corrects defects.
• Records measurements per internal specs.
• Makes processing adjustments to ensure quality.
• Logs machine downtime accurately.
