Job summary

Secant Group in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Weaver/Textile Operator to set up and operate looms for medical and industrial fabrics. The incumbent will load warp yarn, install lease rods, knot warps, and maintain documentation while ensuring product quality.

This 3rd shift position runs Monday-Thursday, 10:00pm–8:00am, with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k matching, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills and ability to read documents.
• Ability to read safety rules and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate looms to manufacture fabrics.
• Follow procedures to install lease rods and knot warp.
• Complete all documentation requirements.
• Manufacture fabrics to specification and inspect quality.
• Identify and correct defects and log data.
• Record measurements per internal specs.
