Job summary

Secant Group is seeking a Drawing & Entering Operator for weaving manufacturing serving medical or industrial clients. The role involves drawing and entering warp yarn according to specifications, with training on first shift and potential second/third shift opportunities.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year experience, and basic computer skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow GMP-related procedures are essential. Training on first shift is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Must be able to read Quality Manual and SOPs and other procedures.
• Basic understanding of GMP and working in regulated industries.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Draws and enters warp yarn into heddles and reed per specifications using weaving tools.
• Identify and report any drawing/entering defects to prevent weaving defects.
• Follow procedures and perform cleaning of heddles, harnesses, and reeds using ultrasonic tank.
• Assembles harness shafts according to specifications and schedules.
• Complete documentation requirements.
• Follow Work Instructions, Visual Inspection Criteria, SOPs and internal specs.
