Responsibilities

• Blower door air testing for building shell tightness.
• Caulking and weatherstripping of windows and doors.
• Replacement of windows and doors.
• Installation of pipe wrap on water lines.
• Installation of replacement glass in windows.
• Installation of drywall patches.
• Cutting in of access panels and framing of hatchways.
• Blocking off chase-ways in attic and basement using foam board and/or expanding handifoam.
• Installation of insulation on ductwork.
• Installation of roof venting.
• Installation of blown insulation.
• Installation of energy saving thermostats and LED lighting.
• Health and safety testing pre and post retrofits.
