Job summary

Winegard Energy is seeking Weatherization Technicians to service Bakersfield, CA, driving a company vehicle to small businesses within a 60 mile radius and installing energy efficiency measures.

Requirements include at least 1 year in related trades, valid DMV report, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Benefits include 401k, medical, vacation and holiday pay, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Weatherization, HVAC, Appliance installation, construction, electrical or Handyman fields.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record and DMV report.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle and drive to jobsites within a 60 mile radius.
• Meet with business owners and explain the installation process.
• Identify measures to be installed and what material is needed.
• Document measures installed.
