Qualifications

• 2+ years of Mass Save install experience or equivalent required.
• Excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of 10-20 Crew Leads to ensure optimal productivity.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Update CRM software reports and cases.
• Achieve weekly revenue and quality targets.
