Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking an Evaluator & Inspector for the WCCA Weatherization Program based in Iowa. This role involves estimating installation needs for weatherization, conducting home evaluations, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC or construction, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in relevant computer programs. Benefits include health insurance and an IPERS pension with employer match.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in HVAC or general construction.
• Ability to operate and efficiently use computer programs.
• Good organizational skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site home evaluations for weatherization work.
• Inspect heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration installations.
• Prepare and submit completed reports for administration.

Skills

Knowledge of HVAC principles
