Job summary

CAPECO Community Action Program of East Central Oregon is seeking a Home Auditor Inspector to perform weatherization audits and inspections in Hermiston or Pendleton. You will assess energy performance, test systems, and guide contractors to meet standards.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, Oregon certifications, and ability to travel. The position is regular full-time with a competitive benefits package and a salary of $4,918 per month plus a 6% English/Spanish differential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• Must obtain Oregon Lead Safe Renovator Certification within 90 days.
• Must obtain required certifications within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed energy audits on residential structures.
• Administer diagnostic testing and collect samples when needed.
• Oversee contractor work and provide training as required.
• Provide customer service and report progress to clients.
