Responsibilities

  • Develop perception features to recognize road weather conditions, quantify weather impact on sensing, and identify sensing degradation.
  • Collaborate across teams to adapt sensor fusion techniques, integrate sensor cleaning system, and implement mitigation strategy to enhance autonomous driving reliability under reduced visibility.
  • Develop data mining, labeling, training and evaluation pipelines for model adaptation in adverse weather conditions.
  • Conduct tests and simulations in various weather conditions to evaluate system performance and mitigation strategy.
