Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a deep learning engineer.
• Proficiency in Python, NumPy, and C++/CUDA.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with training and evaluation procedures for DL models.
• Knowledge of developing an advanced training framework.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Understanding of data-driven systems.
• Master's or PhD in CS or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Research and develop LiDAR detection model for perception system.
• Participate in the design and development of whole training pipeline or deploy model on chips.
• Improve system performance according to road test feedback.
• Cooperate with annotation team and deployment team to make model release pipeline smoothly
