Training is paid; top performers can earn $63k–$120k annually after training. The role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors, with most Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and climb ladders.
• Ability to travel to storm-damaged areas.
• 40 hours of daytime availability weekly; Saturdays often required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and conducting roof/property inspections.
• Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Climb onto roofs to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and funding options.
• Provide estimates and funding options and collect payments as required.
• Work with insurance companies and meet with adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes for homeowners.
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.
