Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks a research proctor for wearable product studies in Cupertino, CA. You will plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies to assess fit and comfort of Apple Black or Ultra Products, and ensure data quality through meticulous protocol execution.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop study protocols, collect data, and deliver clear findings to stakeholders. A Human Factors background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have proctor research experience and 6-month tenure with Apple Black or Ultra Products.
• Preferred: Human Factors background.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute Research – Implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products
• Develop Protocols – Contribute to the creation of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals
• Collect Data – Perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results
• Uphold Data Quality – Apply careful attention to detail throughout each study to maintain high standards of data quality and flag any anomalies or inconsistencies in a timely manner
• Communicate Findings – Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively
