Job summary

Coroflot is seeking a senior soft goods designer to advance a funded sleep-wearable concept. The role focuses on textiles, patterning, and integrating rigid components into comfortable overnight wear.

You will lead materials sourcing, construction development, and 3–4 prototype rounds with overnight wear testing, delivering a manufacturing-ready tech pack and input on factory selection. This is a bold, equity-optional opportunity with growth potential and a chance to shape a first-in-class

Qualifications

• Real soft goods depth including cut and sew, pattern making, and material behavior under load and over time.
• Experience with body-worn products where comfort is the product.
• Ability to integrate rigid or semi-rigid components into textile systems.
• Can produce a manufacturable tech pack from designs.
• Strong opinions about materials and willingness to argue for best solution.
