Job summary

Coroflot is seeking a seasoned soft goods designer to lead materials research, pattern development, and textile integration for a wearable product. You will craft tech packs, run prototype rounds, and guide factory selection to ensure comfort and manufacturability.

You should push materials and construction choices, challenge the status quo, and collaborate with founders to deliver a manufacturable, sleep-focused wearable that disappears on the body for eight hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with body-worn products where comfort is the product, not a feature
• Ability to design with rigid or semi-rigid components in textile systems
• Proven ability to produce a manufacturable tech pack for a factory to build from

Responsibilities

• Lead materials research and sourcing (fabrics, foams, laminates, elastics)
• Develop construction and patterning for wearables
• Run 3–4 physical prototype rounds with overnight wear testing
• Create manufacturing-ready tech packs
• Input on factory selection and supplier relationships
