Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. seeks an ASSURE Patient Specialist (APS) in the Miami area to conduct patient fittings of wearable defibrillators.

The role requires training and certification as an ASSURE Patient Specialist, strong patient care skills, and ability to work with prescribers, caregivers, and patients in the field. Responsibilities include patient instruction, scheduling, inventory management, and travel to hospitals and patient homes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid patient care experience.
• Clinical or engineering background (nurses, RTs, ECG techs, etc.).
• Must pass background and credentialing checks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willing to travel to hospitals and patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Fit and train patients for the ASSURE wearable defibrillator.
• Provide instruction and confidence to Assure patients.
• Schedule services with prescribers, caregivers and patients.
• Manage inventory of kits and garments.
• Travel to hospitals and clinics to perform fittings.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
