Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies Inc. is seeking an ASSURE Patient Specialist (APS) to support the sales organization by fitting and training patients with a wearable defibrillator in Raleigh, NC. This contract role is paid per fitting and may require daytime, evening, or weekend hours.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of paid patient care experience, a clinical or engineering background, and a valid driver's license. Training and credentialing will be provided by Kestra.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a paid patient care experience (not a family caregiver)
• Clinical or engineering background including nurses, cardiac device sales reps, clinical engineers, or ECG technicians
• Consideration for licensure or credentialing may apply

Responsibilities

• Fit and train local patients with a wearable defibrillator.
• Provide patient care instructions and instill confidence in patients.
• Travel to hospitals and patients' homes to provide fittings.
• Manage and document paperwork for garments and services.
