Qualifikationen

• Require a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 7+ years of DoD training/instruction experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in support of training events and fielding activities.

• Develop, maintain, and deliver technical training curricula using ISD methodologies.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into structured lesson plans and hands-on exercises.
• Evaluate training effectiveness with performance testing and metrics.
• Document all training activities and student metrics, coordinating with government engineers and program managers.
• Obtain sUAS Pilot Certification (Group I/II) and pass FAA Class III Physical.
