Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field and 2 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master’s in STEM and 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of system engineering design methods (requirements analysis, flow-down, interfaces).
- Experience with SysML tools (Cameo, DOORS, Rhapsody).
- Must have Active US Government Secret Clearance (or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation).
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Perform MBSE and capture requirements, interfaces, behaviours, structures.
- Support mission engineering to ensure continuity between capabilities and performance.
- Develop verification plans and track progress across the program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to communicate results.
