Job summary

RBC in Minneapolis seeks a Technology Trainer to help Wealth Management Advisors adopt and optimize technology and business processes across Salesforce CRM, trading tools, and reporting platforms. The role includes one-on-one coaching, WebEx presentations, and 50% travel to PCG offices for onsite training.

You will develop training materials, deliver classes, and support firm initiatives across multiple platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Banking, Wealth Management
• A four-year degree or relevant industry experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel 50%+ to PCG offices and East Coast
• Three years in a financial services institution
• Two years in a training/support role
• SIE/Series 7 (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in a broad range of systems, processes, programs, tools, and products
• Coordinate and deliver outbound training classes
• Develop and maintain training scripts and materials
• Travel 50% to branch offices to provide onsite coaching and training
• Provide training, coaching, and support to the field related to ongoing business and technology initiatives
• Work with advisors to develop CRM service level models for client time management
• Assist with development of investment models and trading in discretionary platforms
• Participate on cross-functional teams during projects and campaigns
