Job summary

The role focuses on onboarding, ongoing education, and staying current with vendor updates and platform changes to maximize adoption and client service.

Qualifications

4+ years working at a wealth management firm or RIA in a related role.
Hands-on experience with common advisor tools and platforms used daily by staff.
Familiarity with multiple planning and custodial tools is a plus.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Strong written and verbal communication; proactive and organized.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day technical support for advisors and staff across the tech stack.
Onboarding and ongoing education for new hires, including refresher sessions.
Maintain relationships with vendors and translate updates into practical guidance.
Develop and maintain SharePoint training hub and reusable resources.
