Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technology Business Management Associate within Wealth Management Technology in New York. You will partner with leaders across Product, Finance, Data, and Design to translate priorities into results and support executives with materials and communications.

You will gain exposure to technology investment processes, coordinate initiatives, and drive efficiency across the platform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project management, communications, operations, or strategic planning.
• Ability to produce high-quality presentations and reports for executive audiences under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint (design/layout).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology Business Manager to execute strategic analyses and coordinate platform priorities.
• Prepare materials for business unit reviews and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate internal communications across offsites, updates, and leadership communications.
• Deliver ad-hoc project management, presentation development, and business analysis tasks.
• Manage workstreams from initiation to completion and support town halls and strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, visually compelling presentations for senior leadership.
