Qualifications

• Experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Familiar with M&A processes and capital market activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic client meetings on M&A or capital markets.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and analysts to execute transactions.
• Perform valuation analyses including DCF, comps, and LBO.
• Guide and supervise junior team members.
• Participate in graduate recruiting.
