Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks an Investment Banking Associate to drive the full execution cycle within the FinTech, Wealth, and Asset Management team. You will lead and mentor analysts, prepare analyses and client materials, and help shape strategic decisions across M&A and capital markets.

You will interact with senior management, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-profile transactions, while developing core skills across valuation, modelling, and deal execution.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Impeccable communication with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
• Interact with senior team members and client management teams on a daily basis to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives.
• Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses.
• Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed combination and other financial analyses in the context of M&A transactions or pitch situations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Associates and Analysts.
• Participate in graduate recruiting.
