Qualifications

• Ten+ years of engineering leadership experience across multiple teams, with a focus on delivering scalable software.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, FinTech or other highly regulated industries.
• Proven success delivering cloud-native solutions and modern platforms within AWS or comparable cloud environments.
• Strong ability to shape technology strategy and influence architecture and platform decisions across teams.
• Experience leading customer-facing digital experiences and enterprise platforms at scale.
• Proven capability to drive modernization, automation and AI-enabled development across organizations.

• Own delivery, security, resilience and scalability of solutions; ensure compliance with requirements.

• Translate client and advisor needs into technology solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Promote modern software practices, cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps and observability.
