Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role focusing on application engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop high-performing engineering teams and drive talent development.
• Provide strategic technology leadership and architectural guidance across Wealth Management products and services.
• Own delivery, security, resilience and scalability of technology solutions while meeting client and regulatory requirements.
