Job summary

BlackRock is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director for Wealth Management Technology within the Aladdin Product Management team. The role centers on defining long-term product strategy, roadmaps, and architecture across wealth management platforms and client offerings, partnering with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex product initiatives from concept through launch, including discovery, requirements definition, roadmap planning, delivery management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product squads to deliver roadmap priorities across wealth management workflows, including account setup, portfolio construction, proposal generation, suitability support, model management, rebalancing, order generation, trading integration, reporting, and analytics.
• Partner with engineering, UX/design, data, AI, architecture, implementation, relationship management and commercial teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product capabilities.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled product development practices to improve execution velocity, documentation quality, testing discipline, workflow automation, and operating efficiency with governance.
