Job summary

Calamos Wealth Management seeks a motivated Analyst to support the Wealth Planning practice and broader strategy. You will handle data management, reporting, and client-ready materials while collaborating with senior leaders to optimize processes and efficiency.

You'll work with eMoney planning tools, manage data quality, and contribute to analytics that inform advisory services and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline is required.
• 0-2 years of analytical experience, preferably in a financial firm or Wealth Management.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI, Python, or other data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, data analysis, and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Planning team with client financial plans and data entry into planning tools.
• Assist collection and reconciliation of client financial documents and statements.
• Maintain accurate planning data across systems and generate reports.
• Prepare financial planning reports and client presentations under supervision.
• Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives within Wealth Planning.
