Job summary

One Capital Management, LLC in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a senior analyst to support its Wealth Management Group. The Director will lead complex analyses, develop tailored financial strategies for high-net-worth clients, and present findings to clients and intermediaries.

The role requires 3+ years in wealth planning, mastery of eMoney, Morningstar Direct, and Microsoft Office, plus strong communication and leadership skills. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• At least 3 years of wealth planning experience with complex client relationships.
• Mastery of eMoney, PowerPoint, Excel, and Morningstar Direct.
• Experience or interest in mentoring and leading junior team members.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly convey analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated, customized financial analyses and strategic solutions for clients.
• Present analyses, findings, and recommendations directly to clients and intermediaries.
• Oversee planning software updates reflecting current tax, regulatory, and capital projection environments.
• Produce firm-wide planning and strategy research to inform investment policy.
• Lead quality control for Wealth Forecasting Analyses (WFAs) to ensure accuracy.
• Train and mentor Advisors and Associates on tools and wealth management philosophies.
• Identify client planning issues and develop custom analytics to address needs.
