Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a Wealth Planning Operations analyst to support the eMoney platform and the broader financial planning tech ecosystem. You will act as the primary operational contact for eMoney, provisioning users, configuring the system, and triaging production issues, while collaborating with advisors, technology teams, and vendors.

The role offers cross-training on Solovis Risk Pro and opportunities to advance in investment technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
3-8+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investment operations, or client-servicing tech.
Direct experience supporting eMoney or MoneyGuidePro/RightCapital is strongly preferred.
Experience operating business applications with ticketing, provisioning, or issue tracking.
Familiarity with custodial platforms such as Fidelity or Schwab and CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and operational support partner for eMoney, including user provisioning, permissions, platform configuration, integrations, and triage.
Act as the first point of contact for advisor questions, troubleshooting, and escalations related to eMoney functionality and data setup.
Monitor data quality and integrations across eMoney and connected platforms, resolving reconciliation breaks and sync issues.
Manage relationship with eMoney support by logging tickets and tracking resolutions and platform releases.
Partner with technology, PM, vendors, and business stakeholders to evaluate enhancements and upgrades.
Develop and deliver training, documentation, and best-practice resources to increase advisor proficiency.
Produce operational reporting on platform usage, ticket activity, and data quality exceptions.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual data entry.
Maintain SOPs and ensure data handling aligns with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Cross-train to provide secondary support for Solovis Risk Pro, including access management and issue triage.
