Job summary

One Capital Management, LLC is seeking an Analyst to support its Wealth Management Group. The role offers extensive training in internal analytics, asset allocation, taxes, retirement, and estate planning.

You will work with senior professionals to build capital asset forecasts and personalized client plans. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in wealth planning or related financial services, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in eMoney, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of wealth planning or related financial services experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with eMoney, PowerPoint and Excel required.
• Morningstar Direct and Holistiplan a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to develop presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior professionals in constructing capital asset forecasts.
• Analyze client portfolios to create wealth forecasts and investment plans.
• Produce wealth forecast analyses and client materials; support planning discussions.
• Beta test enhancements to analytical tools and software and collaborate on projects.
• Develop expertise in asset allocation, taxes, retirement, trust, and estate planning.
