Job summary

D.A. Davidson Companies in Seattle is seeking a Solutions Program Specialist to support Wealth Management product solutions for Financial Professionals, reporting to the Director, Product, Lending and Cash Solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Series 7 and 66 or ability to obtain, and strong communication, coordination, and analytic skills; you will support product programs, develop resources, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required or ability to obtain within six months of hire
• Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, financial planning, private banking, product support, or client/advisor support function preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain information clearly to Financial Professionals, internal partners, and business leaders
• Demonstrated ability to manage details, coordinate multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and support projects across teams
• Sound analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills, with the ability to evaluate information, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, service-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Support the operational execution of advisory fee changes, including coordinating required steps, monitoring progress, and helping ensure timely and accurate completion
• Partner with Wealth Management, Advisor Solutions, Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams to support product programs, processes, and related initiatives
• Provide clear, responsive product support and guidance to Financial Professionals as they evaluate appropriate solutions for clients
• Collaborate with members of the Advisor Solutions team to strengthen existing product and service offerings and identify opportunities to improve the advisor experience
• Assist with the development, maintenance, and communication of product resources, process documentation, and advisor-facing materials
• Participate in Advisor Solutions, Wealth Planning Group, or other Wealth Management projects and initiatives as assigned
• Monitor relevant industry, marketplace, and competitive trends to help inform product support and program recommendations
• Perform other related duties as assigned
