You will partner across teams to deliver guidance, resources, and timely support to Financial Professionals, helping them serve clients confidently. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and a service-first mindset as you manage multiple priorities and contribute to program enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, financial planning, private banking, product support, or related advisor support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain information clearly to Financial Professionals and leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage details, coordinate priorities, and support cross-team projects.
• Sound analytical and judgment skills to evaluate information and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborative and service-oriented relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational execution of advisory fee changes, coordinating steps and tracking progress.
• Partner with Wealth Management, Advisor Solutions, Operations, Compliance and others to support programs and initiatives.
• Provide clear, responsive product support and guidance to Financial Professionals evaluating solutions.
• Collaborate with Advisor Solutions to strengthen product offerings and advisor experience.
• Assist with development, maintenance, and communication of product resources and materials.
• Participate in Wealth Management projects and monitor industry trends to inform recommendations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
