Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for Financial Professionals and leaders.
• Ability to manage details, coordinate priorities, and support cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory fee changes, coordinate steps and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Partner with Wealth Management and ops teams to support product programs and initiatives.
• Provide clear product guidance to Financial Professionals evaluating client solutions.
• Collaborate with Advisor Solutions to improve offerings and advisor experience.
• Develop and maintain product resources and advisor-facing materials.
• Monitor industry trends to inform product support and recommendations.
