D.A. Davidson Companies is seeking a Solutions Program Specialist to support Wealth Management product solutions and help advisors deliver thoughtful guidance to clients.

The role reports to the Director, Product, Lending and Cash Solutions, and involves collaborating across teams to provide clear guidance, resources, and timely support. The ideal candidate brings strong service orientation, judgment, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while delivering accurate resources for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field required.
• Licensing: Series 7 and 66 required or able to obtain within six months of hire.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management and product support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain information clearly to Financial Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support operational execution of advisory fee changes and monitor progress.
• Partner with Wealth Management, Advisor Solutions, Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams to support product programs and initiatives.
• Provide clear, responsive product support and guidance to Financial Professionals evaluating solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with Advisor Solutions team to strengthen existing offerings and improve advisor experience.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate product resources and advisor-facing materials.
• Monitor industry trends to inform product support and recommendations.
