Job summary

GBC Bank's Wealth Management group seeks a Service Specialist Team Leader to guide a dedicated service team, ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence across daily workflows and escalated requests. You will mentor staff, coordinate with wealth advisors, trust officers, and portfolio managers, and implement best practices while maintaining fiduciary standards.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, detail orientation, and the ability to drive continuous process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent financial services leadership experience accepted.
• 5-7+ years in client service or wealth management operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with investment products, trust services, and financial planning operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a Service Specialist team to deliver client-first service.
• Oversee daily workflows, delegate tasks, and ensure timely, accurate client service requests.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors, trust officers, and portfolio managers to enhance client experience.
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness.
• Provide reporting on service performance and operational metrics.
