Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Wealth Market Leader to grow sales and assets in a defined territory through a team of Private Client Advisors. The role requires recruiting, training, coaching, and developing staff, and maintaining strong partner relationships across Retail and Investment teams.

The successful candidate will lead by example, coach the team on advisory and planning services for Mass Affluent clients, and ensure cross-selling of core bank products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7, 24 and 66; Life & Health Insurance licenses required.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record of recruiting, training, development, coaching and management.

Responsibilities

• Annually attain a Sales Volume Goal via Private Client Advisors and Private Client Bankers.
• Train, coach and develop producers for goals-based planning and product selection.
• Develop relationships with Retail Bank Leaders and internal partners.
• Develop action plans for direct reports and assigned territory.
• Coach Advisors to grow their books of business and close referrals.
• Understand Key Investment Services solutions to support cross-selling opportunities.
