Responsibilities include processing client account updates, supporting transfers, managing cash flows, and generating BOXI reports. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, with attention to confidentiality and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with custody operations and securities workflows.
• Data amendments and account maintenance proficiency.
• Experience generating operational reports using BOXI.
• Familiarity with capital markets (equities and fixed income).
• Cash management and reconciliation experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process client account updates and data maintenance requests.
• Support cash and securities transfer activities.
• Manage cash disbursements and receipts.
• Generate and interpret operational reports using BOXI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Maintain quality, confidentiality, and client-service standards.
